NESN is airing 2 Bruins in 2 tonight. The first was Carolina where they scored 5 in the 3rd. And now Tampa March 29 where they took over first place.
I miss hockey.

Pretty sure there are 5 seasons, including the one that was released last month. Have you met Jim Dickins yet?
You meant Jim Dickskins, right? Or is that what you said?

Just wanted to wicked thank AMcGhie for the original LK mention upthread theres. Had never heard of the show, have matched nothing else since.

Because I saw them at the store yesterday and they mentioned them on Letterkenny: what the hell are all-dressed chips and why should I eat them?

Edit: Since they're mentioned here and this is a hilarious scene

The internets says they’re a flavour combination of barbecue, sour cream and onion, ketchup, and salt and vinegar. And they’re amazing. They’re the only thing ketchup I’ll eat.

I just picked up my Winter Classic tickets, and judging by what was available when I picked there should be plenty of tickets available at decent prices right up to game time. I got 6 together on an aisle in section 111 which is one section off the center for $140 each including fees. And that was after Blackhawks STH and 15+ year Bruins STHs got to pick last week.

I can get up to 6 Winter Classic tickets if anyone wants to buy them for face value. Otherwise I was not going to get any. Deadline is tomorrow.

All-dressed flavor chips are basically Canadian Barbeque flavor. Nice, but not the world-changing experience I was promised. I blame Trudeau.

They are indeed Ruffles brand All-dressed chips. Don't get me wrong, they're totally fine as an addition to a sandwitch, but I was promised them as a star on their own, and they clearly lack the individual gravitas to command attention and praise as a snack by itself.

Pickles, and the cucumbers that they come from are the devil's vegetable. I'm a cheddar and sour cream fan myself when it comes to Ruffles, although I do enjoy the spicier varieties of Kettle Chips.

A guy in our office eats the cheddar & sour cream Ruffles daily, and his breath constantly smells like he went down on a dumpster diver

I feel like I'm having an Archer moment, but I have a toothbrush in my desk at all times. Do you not?

Happy Gretzky Trade Day.

I 100% believe that day was responsible for the fact that some of the best Americans players are now from California and Arizona and Florida, etc.

That was such a seminal moment...I remember my dad trying to get me out of bed with the news, but I didn’t believe him.

Bumped into Mike Condon today at the falmouth rink. I've been helping out with a goalie clinic and have had the chance to chat with him and John Muse. Both quite nice. Condon and I have some mutual acquaintances- @TFP will be pleased to note Greg Mauldin is heading off to Croatia shortly for his 16th (!!) professional season.

Between here and everywhere.
The Boston Bruins Instagram news feed has been highlighting Pasta's offseason workout back home - and goddamn does he looked thicker and ripped for this season.

Purely kneejerk reaction - but I think he easily breaks 40+ goals this year.

I think the B's will have A 40 goal scorer, but I think there's also a chance Pastrnak gets high-30's and Marchand is the one that breaks 40 because of ~5 shorthanded goals due to his PK work. I'll make a similar kneejerk prediction: Bergeron's career high for assists in one season is 48. This season, I think he breaks 60.

He looks solid, but nothing too crazy. He should be 35+, so he could easily break the 40 goal threshold.

Camp needs to open already. Baseball gets boring in August.

If you get a chance, ask him if his mother is still a slumlord.

Actually...maybe not the best idea.

Putting together a google form so its easier than ever to try and get preseason predictions from everyone that we'll completely ignore at the end of the season. Beyond the basics (Divisional position, award winners, etc), what do you guys want to predict?

This is my list at this point:
Pastrnak Goals (35 last season)
Marchand Goals (34 last season)
Bergeron Points (30-33-63 last season)
Will the B's have a PPG Player (with more than 60 games played). Last year Marchand was, and Pasta/Bergeron were 2 and 1 point short respectively.
Will Torey Krug or Charlie McAvoy score more points for the Bruins next season
Who scores more goals: Donato(5 in 12), Heinen(16 in 77), or DeBrusk(16 in 70).
