I don’t know a great deal about basketball, but Yabusele looks like someone trying to make a point. And he’s not making it.

That’s the first time I’ve seen the ball intentionally passed to a guy sitting - literally - in the lane.

This is so much better without all the regular NBA game noise and music and stuff.

It really is more fun watching with no Kyrie.
To be fair, he likely wasn't going to be on their summer league team.

(I kid, I know what you mean. I'm already having more fun than this time last year.)

Edwards as advertised so far and I also like his intensity on D, which is his major weak spot
Yeah, there's enough precedent for guys his size being only mildly bad, rather than IT tire-fires. He has a realistic path to playing a lot in bench units.

Here
Between Kwahi heading to the west and seeing Tacko play for the first time, what a wonderful day in July!

Grant Williams looks like one of the only players on the court that knows what the fuck to do.

I'm jealously following along this thread only, but I'm not counting out Edwards passing Wanamaker on the depth chart. In fact, I'm expecting it. Just flashing defensive effort shows that he wants in and is smart enough to know that defense is rewarded here.

Grant is a beast. Straight up knocked a Sixer down off the ball for daring to enter the paint. Seeing good positioning and awareness.

It's so weird to watch after years of Yabu..."ohhhhh, this is what it looks like when a mid/late 1st rounder knows how to play basketball"

Edwards is 100% going to be one of those guys that 3 possessions into his shift will either have multiple buckets or have Brad racing to get someone to the scorer's table, he's gonna get his shots up

1st quarter obs:

1--Carsen has a role. He just looks it.
2--Grant makes things happen on both ends. I love him already.
3--Tacko is awesome. Philly had a 7'4 guy on floor and Tacko was 3 inches taller.
4--Sorry Yabu, good luck wherever we end you.
