astride the divide
An early start out here in the MST. Lewis Dunk celebrates his second England callup by nodding home an early free kick.

I guess it's usually an early start. It's just not as usual that I'm up for it.

Crappy defeat for Brighton. Garbage equalizer for Cardiff and then a stupid red card for Stephens. Cardiff didn't even do much with the hour-long advantage, but they won it at the end anyway.

I know there’s a separate Bundesliga thread somewhere, but Reus just scored a ridiculous equalizer for Dortmund after they missed 3 or 4 absolute golden chances. In for an exciting finish. BVB are at the top of the table with Bayern 4 points back.

Best match I’ve seen this season. Too bad relegated to FS2.

Linesman with an unbelievable (but 100% correct) offside call to negate a brilliant last-minute equalizer. BVB hold on 3-2.

Shaqiri doubles Liverpool’s lead with a composed volley. Fulham can’t clear their lines after a corner & Robertson picks out Shaqiri all alone by the back post.

Controversy on the first goal, though. Mitrovic looked to have scored in the 41st minute, but was called offside by the smallest fraction. On the quick restart, Salah broke free and slotted home easily.

Fulham have been such a disappointment after being touted to make some noise. Mitrovic is a load up front & Sessegnon has some electric flashes, but where’s the creativity? Where’s the engine that pushed the team forward? What style of play are they attempting?

Chelsea being frustrated like I haven't seen in forever. they've had at least six or seven legit chances called back for offsides or other infractions, including at least one disallowed goal. Plus, Murata...lol. I think Everton has had one shot and one other chance. knowing Chelsea, they'll score in extra time

Two absolutely horrific plays by Xhaka lead to a 1-0 Wolves lead. Didn't even attempted to defend his man right at the 6 yard box.

City absolutely dominating United so far - Aguero just doubled the lead.

United has massive problems just getting out of their own half... impressive performance by the Citizens.
