Nostalgia Tech Market?

We have managed to collect over the years piles of devices that we no longer use and that seem worthless. Before we pitch them all, I thought I would check to see if anybody knows if there is any kind of nostalgia market for old devices like iPods, Nokia phones, etc. The standard sites like gazelle.com don't offer anything meaningful for them, so I am assuming they are worthless, but maybe someone here knows about a niche market for old crap. Any advice appreciated.

Not much, as far as mass produced stuff. It'll be another 5 to 10 years before a cordless landline phone or 90s Nokia will be a novelty item people will want to seek out. And most of the other old electronics are scrapped for parts or metals, that's their only real value.

A few toys or gizmos, like Tiger handhelds or the Game Gear TV thing could be worth a few bucks if they're in good condition and working/packaged.

Funny you should mention iPods as I just read an article on The Ringer that mentioned that since Apple said they would stop producing iPod Classics that the really old ones are now selling for quite a bit on eBay.
You might want to hit up eBay just to see if certain items you are looking to toss are worth anything.

There is a nostalgia market that's booming, but it's much older: classic Stereo equipment. Pioneer, Sansui, Technics, high end receivers sell on Ebay to cultists at stupid money. BROKEN Pioneer 1280 receivers sell for over $1,000, as do tons of '70s and '80s discrete transistor higher end equipment.
