My least favorite person in MLB. I don't know why. The Smartest Guy in the Room act shouldn't bother me, because Belichick, but it does with Maddon.

And therein lies the rub. I can't disagree with you.
 
I guess it stems from my belief that if you truly are intelligent, you don't need to try to impress people. And I feel like he overtly tries to do that. "HEY look at me with the magician in the clubhouse! Themed road trips! And also I listen to the Grateful Dead and ride a bicycle to places. And I have an RV."
