Found itI know what I'm watching when the game ends. Thanks!
You can't continue to have this number of runners left on in a coin flip game and win, right? Have to feel like this a game the Cubs win, but like in the 15th after Colorado notches one. Game 6, 2011 WS redux.
But I'd love to be proven wrong. I enjoy new blood to advance, best for the game of baseball.
Boy would you have a field day with Dayton Moore and the Royals....I'd root against the Cubs, except the Rockies' owners put the owners of Chick-fil-A to shame when it comes to jesus-freaking. I remember when their 19-game win streak or whatever was attributed to divine favor by Rockies management, without irony. They then ran into the buzzsaw that was the 2007 Red Sox, of course, but I still hope they lose in some humiliating fashion.
They are actually all fine imho. But I don't play The Show nor do I care that Mendoza and ARod are hamming it up. As long as I don't have to hear McCarver or Joe Morgan, I am thrilled.
In 2015 I felt more sympathy for Kansas City the town and longtime loyal fanbase than I felt disgust at their management. And they went through a 2003-to-2004-Sox redemption cycle after losing an epic game 7 the previous year. But you do have a point.Boy would you have a field day with Dayton Moore and the Royals....
