Because KC and the Lions kick off in London in 12 -- check that -- 13 hours.

(Remember to set those clocks back. Unless you have small kids, you get an extra hour of sleep!)

Rooting for GB over Den, Oak over NYJ, Car over Ind, Pit over Cin, and Dal over Sea

Definitely one of the better weeks for matchups

I think the den-gb is going to be a blowout. Peyton just can't keep up with a QB of Rogers caliber. Packers haven't been super impressive the last few weeks but I think this is the week they bring it back. Starks is going to give them something on the ground too.

Has there been a single good, let alone meaningful, game over there ? So far today mediocre is beating god-awful  in a game with zero implications for either ? It's an interesting tactic to build interest on the other side of the pond: keep showing them the aweful offal.

The Chiefs might make a push for the WC. The Broncos once more and 2 against the raiders are the hardest games on their schedule.

Does Caldwell know that the key to making a QB pass from the pocket is not more pressure, but containing them?

The crowd shots all seem to show the stands are still full of spectators that seem to be watching this with serious intent. WTF ? Is there some big raffle prize being awarded when this is finally over ? Did they all pay so much they are trying to get 'value for money' from their tickets ? There have been more than enough games now for the sheer novelty to have worn off and via TV anyone in London who's really interested in our version of football knows what a quality game looks like...

Time to trade Megatron. And maybe Stafford too.

I don't have to take Kansas City seriously do I?

I guess the week 10 game in Denver will answer that.
Their schedule is really easy.

Glazer reporting Andrew Luck been playing with multiple fractured ribs since Week 3.  I'm sure the NFL will just look past this obvious skirting of the injury report, though.

Why would you put your franchise player on the field with fractured ribs?

The Chiefs outplayed Denver and Chicago but found ways to lose those games. KC is a pretty good team, but they're not good enough to choke away 2 games in epic fashion and still finish with the 9-10 wins they need to contend for a playoff spot. They would need to go 6-2 in the second half to finish 9-7; that's not going to happen. They're finished.

It's not the patriots. So yes. It will be swept under the rug.
