I love Lamar. He’s so exciting to watch. I wish he weren’t on the Ravens but don’t really care too much. He’s good for football. He’s just a treat to watch. I know saying that on a Patriots board is a tough sell.

That one stung. I was really hoping for it too. He would have fit in well with 12 and a potent rushing attack. Not sure he is a fit here and obviously they didn’t but that’s one of the draft scenarios (and AJ Brown over Harry) that I often wonder what if.

I agree with this. I still mostly root against him because of his uniform, but he’s undeniably an incredible and unique player, and captivating to watch.

In fairness he was a force in 2007. If that season ends differently we probably think of him much more fondly (kind of like Welker in 2011).
