I always have sympathy for a sports commentator during a game that has no potential of going anywhere. Kind of like a junior high school chaperone.

I give zero shits about these games, but NFL officiating is beyond a joke.

Four passes there was no good. I know they were trying to beat the two-minute but they could have gotten a quick run on first or second down and still probably had time.

I'll add that I will never, ever, ever understand designed rollout plays that telegraph exactly where the play is going. Slow-developing, hardly deceptive.

They didn't design one play for their monster receiver in multiple 1v1 situations. What exactly is the plan there?

Great tailgate, free ticket to game and Fins lose

win-win-win
It's amazing how important a good QB is to NFL success. With Tua they're a very dangerous, explosive team. Without him, they're a complete train wreck. Even with all the exact same surrounding talent

Did I read that Seattle had 38 first downs...and still lost? How is that even possible???
The entire box score is misleading.
Seattle outgunned them 516-389, had 6 first downs by way of Detroit penalty, and a 34:04 to 25:56 edge in time of possession.
But ... as Cellar-Door said, the Lions were incredibly efficient on offense. They had six touchdowns, and five of those drives were fewer than double-digits in number of plays.
