Another Thursday bust, but that is otherwise an incredible slate of national games. Ideal week for the Pats at 1.

Wow, the Fox Early map really speaks to how far the Patriots have fallen down the priority list. Bears-Browns across most of the country?

I hope that gets updated. Currently almost all of VT and a portion of NH are stuck with the Giants game instead of the Patriots which is absurd.

Third week in a row with no Pats in DC. I would have to check but I can't remember that happening 3 weeks in a row for at least the past decade, pre-2020.

Awesome. Every prime time game this year has been legitimately exciting.

But in Week 3, it's time to start burying the schedule for "another" bust. Hard to have another when you haven't had one.

I don’t think the 506sports map is correct for Connecticut either as the Fox affiliate has the Giants listed.
506 did say there would be updates to the map especially for the Fox games. So keep checking back in on it and see if it changes.

If you have a friend who can watch the game, and the two of you can connect via FaceTime or a similar video protocol, just ask your friend to point his laptop's camera at the TV screen. The picture won't be high-def, of course, but it's better than nothing. I'll be watching this weekend thanks to my brother :-/

@StupendousMan can he also stream the game at his location? If yes I would suggest screen sharing instead, although I am not sure how fluid this would be.

In general if you are always looking for streams I would suggest considering getting a VPN and then ordering NFL Gamepass, from a supported country, I believe Mexico or Brazil are the cheapest. The VPN is a few bucks a month and Gamepass is probably about $120 per year. Then you can watch any game live, watch from the beginning if you join late, get other programs, get the all 22 once it is back on Gamepass etc.

I pay the equivalent of about 80 dollars for Gamepass here in Brazil. Good deal if you can get it.

For streams… sorry for being an idiot with this stuff but do they have viruses or are they bad for your phone or computer to use for any reason? I have one stream that’s safe but I technically shouldn’t have access to it and if they ever boot me from it I’d like to know my options.

I've been using the streams on reddit.nflbite.com when I want to put something on besides what I'm streaming on Sunday Ticket (because those ST fucks don't let you have more than one stream going at once... I get why, but it's still irritating), and I've never had any problems with viruses or the like. But I am always running an adblocker and have good antivirus and such, so YMMV.

You could conceivably get hit by 0-day exploits on them (could also happen anywhere and is outlier case), but if you are up to date on your virus software & aren't stupid about clicking through on any of the actual ads, you should be fine.

It's more the annoyance of having multiple pop up ads to deal with (without an ad blocker), but most of the websites list how many ads you have to click through to help cut down on that anyways.

I don't run an ad blocker and just pick streams that have 1 or 2 ads to close out.

The cradle of the game.
Looks like the map was updated. All of New England will get the Pats game with the exception of SW Vermont, a small area of Western MA and Fairfield County CT.
A.k.a. Berkshire County, whose inhabitants 80 years ago were able to receive higher quality terrestrial radio signals from Albany, NY than from Springfield, MA, and therefore, when television networks/affiliates came online, were assigned to the Albany media market. The Albany CBS affiliate pecking order is Jets, Bills, and then Pats.

All corrected by a laptop and some linky goodness.

Did they measure that one? They gave him a pretty favorable spot, I thought he might have gotten it based on where they were marking it.

I have commercials mid-play on NFL Network stream! Buck was hinting McCaffrey is hurt, but i missed it for the ads.
