Teams averaged 188.3 passing yards in week 1.

Last year teams averaged 218.9 passing yards a game, or more than 30 yards more per game than in week 1 this year.

Small sample, obviously, but it will be interesting to see if it becomes a trend. With QBs running the ball than more than ever, I wonder how much that's taking away from the passing game.

I think one of the biggest things is.... O-line play has been pretty bad league-wide, and defenses have an advantage early because Offenses need to execute a lot of complex things quickly.
