What should be scary to everyone still left in this tournament is Gonzaga is running right at average for their FG% and 3PT% for this game. They arent even shooting lights out

Since no one at IU is willing to tell Bobby Knight to do one, they suppose hiring his former player is the solution. Good luck.

That under was looking horrendous for the entirety of that game. But the blowout slowed things down. Unders are now 5-0 this weekend. Therefore, I like the over in the next game and Michigan, laying the 1.5 or 2.

Who's the easier possible matchup next round for them, Oregon I assume?

Gotta love the NCAA scheduling a game for the middle of the night and, at the same time, having a hour between the first and second game.

Florida State is usually pretty good, but their team under Hamilton have the exact same strengths and weaknesses every year.

That's a popular take but I don't buy it.

The talent IMO has never been better and more evenly distributed. However, the quality of play has been negatively impacted (and has been for a decade+) by the fact that the best players almost never stay for more than two or three years, so the teams aren't operating with a ton of seasoned leadership. Also, it's a lot easier for coaches to emphasize team defense and the result is more games that are grinds and less offensive fluidity in general.
Compounded by the severe disruptions in training and practice routines plus the numerous covid-related interruptions.

Florida State's 3 point shooting is pretty bad today. Not only are they like oh for 7 or 8, but they aren't even close.
