Do you mean based on the teams they beat along the way (Napier team beating a 3-loss Florida team and then peak Calipari Kentucky in the Final Four), or based on the teams themselves being underwhelming (current UConn team is ranked #1 in KenPom as we speak and was in the top 10 all season).
Teams beat along the way in conjunction with how the rest of the tournament played out. It seems to be a down year for talent in college in general (G League, Overtime Elite).

To be clear, Im not a UConn hater and I’m not blaming UConn or saying that they should have done something different. I’m not a huge college basketball fan honestly. I mostly watch to see players who will be in the NBA to see how they perform. I think people that aren’t UConn fans or huge college basketball fans would agree with me. No 1 seed made the Elite 8. Only one 2 seed made it and one of their 5 best players (and de facto center) is hurt and probably won’t play. UConn, FAU, SDSU/Creighton, Miami/Texas isn’t exactly a murderers row of a Final 4. Plus I actually picked UConn to make the finals in my bracket so this isn’t gambling sour grapes or anything

A few year ago a team could sub in a raw sophomore like Chet Holmgren for Timme.

No longer . . .

You can only play the teams in front of you and UConn has been a buzzsaw thus far

As a neutral, it sucks to have all of the life taken out of the game on an immaterial loose ball foul 90 feet from the basket.

They have done a pretty good job on Sanogo when not doubling.

But UConn needs to keep feeding him with Timme out.

That Kentucky team UConn beat wasn’t that great in 2014.

Timme came back in and it made no different to the direction of this game so out he goes again. This is wild, I never would have let myself dream of this game going this well so far.

deep inside Guido territory
Stephon Castle, Solo Ball, Andre Jackson, Alex Karaban, Donovan Clingan with Jaydin Ross, Jaylin Stewart, and Youssoff Singare coming off the bench. They’ll add 1-2 impact portal kids too. Uconn may be the #1 team in the country next year.

possible that Sanogo comes back too.Hawk is gone.

Good lord what a beatdown. I figured UConn would handle Gonzaga pretty easily but I didn’t think they’d beat them by 30.

Fading the Zags in the tourney is always a good strategy. I don’t know if it’s the competition during the regular season, Few, or what, but they just always seem to come up short against the best teams when it counts.
It was all there for them this year but man did they run into a juggernaut.
