Warriors are a group of unlikeable front runners and I can’t believe I have to root for them again for the fourth straight finals.

The ads for the finals have already been sold. The revenue doesn't change depending on the the teams

The thing is, Houston did what you should do when cold from 3. They took it to the rim consistently. That becomes less appealing when you're getting repeatedly hammered with no call.

0 for last 22 on 3's for Houston. How did Rozier and Smart get to Houston so fast?
At least it's not just our guys. And this is a home game for Houston too. I know they're missing their great point guard, but so were we. Does anyone think that Kyrie goes 2-14 (and 0-10 from three) in a game 7? No way.

Houston’s offense is built around the three pointer and when they are not making them they are going to suffer greatly.

That doesn’t excuse the horrible officiating today.

Draymond's offering to pull up Harden then throwing him back down was in the running for Douche of the Year, an award that should probably be named after him.

Feeling an increasing state of zen at not having to be on the other end of this. Our offensive cold streaks would more or less be game enders.

But we can 100% compete at full health next season, especially with GS likely facing a much tougher road out West, barring some big changes in the East—for one, I am pretty skeptical of the LeBron to Philly talk and think it's just as likely they roll over their cap space to next year. Then it's just a matter of does LeBron stay in CLE and trade the pick for vet help or make for golder pastures.

It's really impressive that they would, with halfway reasonable officiating, have been up slightly in the midst of an 0-23 stretch from three.

I don't believe in ref conspiracy theories, but while what you say might be true, wouldn't this year's ratings have an effect on next year's ad revenue? I mean, they have to base it on something.

I don’t buy at all the theory that the NBA is picking and choosing who gets the calls and who doesn’t in order to determine the matchup that will generate the highest viewership.

I think the refereeing in general is inconsistent and the players know how to take advantage of it; and in the playoffs those mistakes are magnified.
That’s a good answer.

Actually, I think it was two douches coming together. Draymond tried to help him up, but Harden didn't want to get up and just pulled back, so Green basically said "Fuck you then.."

I think harden refused to be helped up. It was a battle royale of douche

Those Warriors fans on the baseline pointing at the Rockets bench after every score might get murdered

How does that explain the three 3PA the Warriors fouled Harden on that weren’t called correctly?

Unreal. There aren't a lot of better shooters from the corner than ariza. Of all the guys to lose it, he'd be the last one I'd guess.

Not sure about the other two, but for at least one of them, the ref closest to the play clearly had a bad angle on it. I was not surprised that he missed the foul after watching the replay.

The refs are inconsistent on how they call that play; so they didn’t call that a foul even though a lot of refs WOULD have called it.
