Houston seems way too high, and SF too low. Philly is right without Brown, Smith and Johnson but when they’re back they’re top 5.

Balt, SF, GB, Chicago all considerably higher in my book.

Seattle, LV, Denv (sorry!) lower.

Atl lower, too? Or higher? I think a good team, but Cousins looks very mediocre.I could convince myself either way on the falcons.

Fun exercise 4 games in. Thx.

Philly is a toxic situation and Hurts looks terrible. Losing Kelce had a dramatic impact on the offense and if Johnson stays nicked up, the situation could be disastrous.

Brown coming back won't hurt but it's hard to see them being higher than the 20th ranked team. Lots of name players on the team but nobody is performing.

It doesn't help that Hurts continues to do very little to quiet the speculation that he doesn't trust, respect or like his head coach.

There's a case to be made that the Pats are too high. Miami is favored this week in New England and the Jags have a better roster.

The Pats are dead last Both Jax and especially Miami have loads more talent on the roster then the Pats do imo. How a person ranks a team with Hill and Waddle on their roster under this Patriots squad is about as homer of a take as it gets.

The NFL is low key kind of garbage right now. KC is good but lost a key piece in Rice. Minnesota - yeah, they're 4-0 and looking good but I do not truly believe that Sam Darnold is the man. Baltimore is just 2-2. Dallas is 2-2. Lots of meh out there. And of course the bottom of the league is plain awful. That includes our beloved New England Patriots.

Yes. Like I said, toxic.

Right now, the toxicity levels of the Browns and Eagles are off the charts. I can't imagine what it's like when everyone hates everyone else.
I mean, they're 2-2. And they'd be 3-1 if not for allowing a ridiculous 6 play 70 yard TD drive to Atlanta with less than a minute left. That's with AJ Brown, to me their most important offensive player, missing three games. Their WRs last week were Jahan Dotson and a couple practice squad guys.

To say they're below teams like the Raiders, the Colts, the Jets or the Bears seems hot-takey to me, but time will tell.

Philly is right there with the Colts, Bears, and Jets. Toxic teams that are a mess but have some good players. None of them will be vying for a super bowl.

The Raiders are a bottom tier team. The ones above are mid tier.(14-22 ranked)

Draftkings has their current win total at 10.5 with only three teams higher. You could make a lot of money if you're right.

Just as an initial sort, I decided to rank teams by point differential through four games. I kept AFC and NFC separate because it made my brain hurt to lump all 32 teams into a single list.

AFC
1. Bills
2. Steelers
3. Chiefs
4. Chargers, Ravens (tie)
6. Jets
7. Broncos
8. Colts
9. Bengals
10. Titans
11. Texans
12. Raiders
13. Browns
14. Patriots
15. Jaguars
16. Dolphins

NFC
1. Vikings, Saints (tie)
3. Lions
4. 49ers
5. Bucs, Commanders (tie)
7. Seahawks
8. Packers
9. Bears
10. Cowboys
11. Cardinals, Eagles, Falcons (tie)
14. Giants
15. Rams
16. Panthers

A few observations:

— The Steelers aren’t going to stay that high in the rankings.

— Someone has to win the AFC South, and that could well be the Texans, but they aren’t the dark-horse Super Bowl contender that a lot of people thought.

— The Niners are still an elite team; the Pats’ loss to them on Sunday doesn’t look so bad.

— There’s a gap between the bottom 5 teams in the AFC and the rest of the conference.

— I knew the Rams would miss Aaron Donald but had no idea they’d be this bad.

Hou only loss was to 4-0 minn and their got their coach QB for the next 10-12 years
The Texans beat 3 mediocre teams (Colts, Bears, Jags) by a total of 12 points and got totally smoked by the one good team they’ve played. Stroud’s numbers have been middling — 11th in passer rating, 14th in adjusted net yards per attempt, 17th in completion percentage. I think they’re still favorites to win their crappy division but will be very surprised if they win more than one playoff game.

Agreed. That Bryce Young pick is looking Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan bad — not that Stroud is Jordan, but at least Bowie was a useful player.

I think that's already been decided. Stroud is already a top tier QB. He's better than all the other young guys drafted in the last 4 years and only Love and Purdy are the same arena as him. And I don't count Purdy if you're talking draft capital. And Love is cheating a little bit because he was drafted 5 years ago. Burrow, Herbert, and Tua were in that draft too. Those guys are streets ahead of Trevor, Zach, Trey, Mac, Pickett, Ridder and all the rest of the slop.

Young is one of the worst QBs in NFL history and in the running for worst first pick ever. Baker and Darnold are both having great years so you could be like, "Maybe Bryce will turn it around." But Baker broke the rookie TD record back in 2018 and at least Darnold has physical tools that got people drooling. He's also still young. Young is also young but that's about it. He has never flashed in any facet. All you need to do is watch him have to take a small leap to throw the ball over his lineman to realize it can never work.

Not yet :) KC is up on NO, but are still 4-0 at the moment.

31 CLE 1-4
32 NE 1-4
I would reverse these only based on CLE paying so much guaranteed money for their terrible QB, versus NE only on the hook for one year of bad play with the heir apparent in waiting. CLE would take a $172M cap hit to cut that sex pest. Both teams are awful in their own special ways.

fair but cle has a top 10 def unlees maye is a top 5 qb at best ne is looking a 2 grim seasons and maybe 3 if your gm does not hit the 2025 draft

start maye now or u are looking at 2-15 this year and 5-12 next
