Incredibly frustrating for MM I'm sure. One game and right back out. Time to start looking around for some help at first.

It looks like they'll play Chavis there and put Holt at second. That's what they've been doing over the last ten games. If this is long term they could try to get help at either position. Not sure who is available.

Baltimore via Brimfield
The team could really use a healthy Mitch Moreland again, with the hammy bug going around.
Chavis has been pretty solid at first as has Holt at second. With Mitch back, Chavis could move to second.

I think the defense will suffer if we see too many innings of Nunez at second...rather he be at third to spell Devers.
OTOH, Marco Hernandez has a shot to stay for a bit, while Holt and Devers take time to recover their legs.

Flip the thread title around. Moreland activated, Hernandez optioned to make room. Victim of the unfortunate need to carry 8 billion pitchers on the roster.

I understand the need to have righty bats but I hate that Hernandez is sent down while Travis gets to stay

Who was sent down, Darwinzon Hernandez or Marco Hernandez?

Why don't people start new threads when new things happen, like mods have said a million times?

Never mind, I'll do it myself.

I was just looking at Marco’s stats and overall they’ve been very good (.339/.359/.500/.859) but how did he manage to walk 0 times in 65 plate appearances. Nunez-esque
