Should not have given in to Zobrist. BB would have been OK to slide down to the back of the lineup.

Pitcher vs hitter. Someone has to win. Every player has a weakness, including the Indian pitchers.

Do you really think they didn't prepare? Or that CLE prepared better? Like there's some "preparation" model that you'r negligent if you don't follow and so Chicago didn't follow it? This is such a weird line of thinking, I'm honestly curious.
Perhaps it's merely reaction rather than thought, but during the alds I was amazed at how precisely the Indians' pitchers knew the Sox batters' weaknesses. Anyway, we are now seeing Bauer getting hit again, which puts us back to where we thought we'd be tonight.

Everyone prepares. They all know the weaknesses, the tendencies. Its about adapting and executing. Pretty simple.
