Why would Keuchel have plenty of suitors if a team that could use him cuts bait? Because he's left-handed? because he's a "name"?

The White Sox have Lynn back soon, Kopech, Cease, Giolito, Cueto, Keuchel was clearly the weak link there. That being said, that’s just a writer being nice because she feels bad for the guy, doesn’t matter much (to her) if she’s right or not.

$18M owed this year with a $1.5M buyout next year, any team that picks him up is doing the White Sox a favor. He's been awful for two seasons, and outside of an 11 game stretch in the weirdness that was 2020, hasn't been GREAT since, what, 2017?

Well, obviously no one’s picking him up until he clears waivers. Even Steve Cohen wouldn’t do that.
