Might want to get Kornet another shot, instead of shooting step back threes with a defender draped all over you

Timelord has entered the Jackie Bradley realm of guys who are so aesthetically awesome to watch and so potentially good that it will shatter my psyche if he actually ends up sucking. Thanks for the reassuring words.

Wagner better not sign a lease. He might be the one cut if the Cs get a buyout guy, as opposed to Kornet

Reviews should be subjective. Do you the referee think this play was or was not a foul after examining the slow motion replays?

Clean block.

Grant killing me with the classic inside position rebound miss on the other end.
Must be so demoralizing to be Grant.

At least 4 times a game he has great position, times his jump perfectly, and someone just casually grabs the ball from his outstretched hands with minimal effort.

Classic Brad sitting on two timeouts instead of getting his starters off the floor after back to back games.

So many super-athletic guys only get by on athleticism and don’t even bother to box out, and don’t have the instincts to read the ball off the rim, etc. Grant just born in the wrong body.

Kornet might never do anything for them the rest of the year, but he already made his inclusion in the trade worth it tonight

Kornet 8/5/1 in 13 big minutes, plus-21. He might be cut before ever playing again for the Celtics, but that was impressive, and most needed.

I don’t think it’s outrageous to squint at Carsen and see an NBA player.

He has the quickness, good release, confidence.

He's actually looked better driving than shooting from long range in his brief NBA career.

The night and day difference between five days ago and today can only lead one to conclude that Jeff Teague personally upper decker'd every single one of his teammates.

It's what everyone seems to say that Brad wants, a stretch 5 that plays some defense. I also like that he looks to box out and puts his man on his back. There were several Celtics that got easy rebounds because Kornet held his position. I realize it's just OKC but I'd like to see more of him.

Quincy, MA
Stevens talking postgame about Kornet, and how the Cs have had their eye on him for a while. Didn't seem too surprised at his performance...

Any idea why Rob Williams didn’t play in the 4th? Guarding his minutes?
They wanted to bring Moses put of the paint so they put in a shooter, who promptly hit 2 straight 3Ps to give the Cs the lead.

Kornet was great tonight but he's going to have a hard time stating on the floor against real NBA teams.

Kornet was shutting down Brown after he'd been killing the Cs all game, why change it up as the lead continued to grow
Once the Cs defenders stopped letting OKC players beat them off the dribble in the third quarter, TL concentrated on Moses Brown and shut him down. Brown got an early dunk off a laydown pass from Poku, and that was it for him. TL was solid in the third quarter, with 6 rebounds (2 offensive) and two blocks, as the Celtics tightened up the defense and got back into the game

Kornet did an excellent job on him in the fourth, and all Brown got was a garbage time dunk.
