Miami (oh, Miami!)
In other news, Enrique Hernandez has told Alex Cora "He feels great!" and is "Ready to go again at SS!"

"And who am I to argue with him?" asks Cora. "Can we talk about his shoes now?"

Game 59
A split double header’s is no cause for shame.
The Sox played tough in the nightcap but came
up a bit short in a 4 to 2 game.
Were Cora’s decisions partly to blame?
If he’s a genius like some people claim,
it seems like he would have called Turner’s name,
and though Jansen may make the Hall of Fame,
was he the right choice for the final frame?
Let’s see if Sunday brings more of the same.
How many moves can a manager maim?
(Kike’s back at short. That’s already lame.)
There’s no time to rest. Today the Sox aim
to start a new streak and send Houck to tame
the devils from Tampa. Let’s douse their flame.

I'd like to see how Cora manages a team with players like Duvall, Arroyo, Chang, and STORY in the lineup. Then I'll know if he stinks or not.
Not to mention a less fragile bull-pen.
Geaux, Sox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that some reinforcements will certainly give Cora some better ammunition when making these decisions. Here’s hoping we can stay in the race long enough for those additions to matter.

I'd kind of like to see a switch up of the starting line-up. Maybe Verdugo, Turner, Yoshi ans the first three.
Feels more like a trio that can move runners along.

Kike getting starts is absolutely criminally stupid managing. Pablo can't hit either, but at least he can field.

Horrific umpiring. Pitch was never in the strike zone at any point.

I hate to call out, "Kill the Ump" since we live in such a violent time, but honestly, this ump is young and has no excuse. Where is his strike zone?
