I don't get these very often, so I was pleased to get yesterday's with all Red Sox.

It's just the Saturday grid, but I am weak in some of these categories, especially Rookies of the Year and No-Hitters, so I am happy to get a Red Sox grid on this one.

I've got an issue with today's grid.

I've been waiting for an opportunity to use Ed Porray for a while. Porray's claim to fame was that he was born while his parents were crossing the Atlantic Ocean, and his birth certificate and Baseball Reference lists "at sea" as his birthplace. He had a very brief career, only pitching in three games in the Federal League in 1914. However, today's grid had the "only played for one team" and "Born Outside 50 US States" block, so it was the perfect time for Porray, but the quiz told me the answer was wrong. I'm pretty sure "at sea" should qualify as outside of the US, and he did only play for one team. So my guess is it either doesn't count "at sea" or doesn't consider the Federal League as a major league, which Baseball-Reference typically does.

Choosing someone elected as a manager is often a good way to get a rare answer to the Hall of Fame categories.

Unfortunately, you've been waiting a long time to use a glitch in the system. It doesn't recognize the Atlantic Ocean as outside the US 50 States & DC. Bill McKechnie is a legitimate answer today for a Hall of Famer who scored 100 runs, something he only achieved in the Federal League (and also someone who is in the Hall of Fame as a manager, not as a player).

You can now see how many players you use and how often you use them.

Looks like I go to the Well(s) a bit too often

Yeah the stats are cool. It only has my stats from about last July onwards, which is too bad since I've been playing since it first started.
Same. It got reset when I got my new phone so I'm debating whether or not to redo some of them.

I distinctly remember using Darren Bragg a lot more than I'm given credit for.
