So I'm exporting out main feed here to our facebook page.  I'm first sending it into IFTTT as a RSS feed then from there use IFTTT to post it on the facebook page.

The problem that I'm having is that it's using this ass quarter logo as the picture that comes w/ each post.

There is a setting on the RSS export here.  I'm using this image

Onceit hits IFTTT I select what to publish to Facebook which does NOT include an image setting anyways, which makes me think that facebook is somehow finding an image to post up there.

Basically I don't even know where to start looking.  I think that it's probably a facebook setting but beyond harassing people and posting the occassional kid picture I don't really know anything about FB...

Thoughts?

So long story made short, and this is something * completely * new to me, is that you need to define an "og:image" tag somewhere in your site.  I hate stuff like this, it' snot that inserting html into your site somewhere it horribly difficult it's just that it's yet another shitty little thing to remember.  Death by a thousand papers cuts or whatever that stupid saying is.

I'm confused by your reference to RSS. This is Open Graph stuff. Open Graph is just a way to provide web crawlers some meta information about your pages and content.

Is your issue the Invision Board interface or the actual markup syntax?

Here's what I see...

<meta name="ogimage" content="&lt;meta property=&quot;og:image&quot; content=&quot;http://http://sonsofsamhorn.net/sosh-twitter-250x250.jpg&quot;/&gt;" />

Which should be...

<meta property="og:image" content="http://sonsofsamhorn.net/sosh-twitter-250x250.jpg" />
Am I misunderstanding your question/problem?

EDIT:

I just noticed that there are two other og:image tags below the one I mention above. They're both:

<meta property="og:image" content="http://sonsofsamhorn.net/public/style_images/sosh_blue/meta_image.png"/>

They're properly formed, but reference a stupid IPB logo.

Can you make wholesale changes to your header HTML? If so, delete those two tags and fix the syntax of the first one.

By the way... I get a permissions error on the image you uploaded. Maybe it requires the keys to the executive washroom.
