35, missed a bunch of TE's and FB's. Embarassed to say missed a double digit guy, would like a mulligan on this test. But happy to not recognize only one of the 54. (common name)

Got 36/50.  Embarassed I didn't get the guy with 12 TDs and 10 TDs...aside from 2 guys that caught 1 TD, I recognized everybody on the list, Didn't expect 17TDs from that player I missed though.

44.  Not bad.

Forgot:
Cleeland, Aiken, Ashworth, Thomas, Mulligan, Ward, Dwight, Brady, Baker, Davis

It took me a loooong time to remember Fauria. I was surprised he was so high on the list, so I was trying to think of someone who stood out more.

I had exactly the same experience.

Also, I'd forgotten all about Christian Fauria. He was the only name in the top 15 that I missed. I was trying to think who the TE target could have been before the Ben Watson / Daniel Graham 'era' and drew a complete blank.

39/54. Forget Woodhead and a couple other RB/FB. I spelled antowain smith's name wrong and put mike mulligan instead of matthew.

23, missed a lot of guys who I could picture but not name. Couldn't spell hooman so that should count as 24, right?

Also 42, also missed Tyms. Also missed LaFell, which is just dumb. Tried typing in, "that dyslexic guy who couldn't learn the playbook" but they did not give me Hayes.

30/54.  I'm an idiot, so I got some vague ones and missed some obvious ones.  Example, got Heath Evans and Kyle Brady but forgot LaFell, even though he's a big part of this offense.

Also, completely forgot that Terry Glenn played several games with Brady in 2001.  Thought he was just essentially on paid leave the whole 2001 season.

33, but I missed Thompkins and Dobson which is silly.  Also Corey Dillon and Antowain Smith which is embarrassing.

But somehow I got Patrick Pass and David Thomas.

I was shocked that Ridley never caught a touchdown pass from Brady.  I guess he really is not used as pass catching RB but still surprising to me.  But then looking back at his college stats, he never had a receiving a touchdown at LSU too.

Even better is that looking back at his scouting report by NESN when he was drafted, they compared him to Kevin Faulk.

30/54.  I was excited to spell Hoomanawanui right on the first try.  And if you gave me 100 years, I would not have remembered Cam Cleeland was on this team.

I feel like I should have gotten more, but Turrible is exactly right on the brainlock.  I'd go a full minute stuck on a guy, remembering everything about him but his name.   I did that for Caldwell and Sammy Morris, who didn't even end up having caught one.  Tate was another one, but I never did figure it out in time.  The only big name I missed was Fauria, but missing three guys who were on the team this year is embarassing (Dobson, Thompkins, Tyms).

39/54 Missed basically everyone new from the past two or three seasons (LaFell, Woodhead, Dobson, Thompkins, Amendola, Wright, Tyms) but nailed the early seasons especially the one and two touchdown guys. Weird.

You don't need to type the first names.

31, but somehow forgot Edelman and Gaffney, but remembered Dedric Ward.  I googles Hoo-ma's name, and even they spelled it wrong, so i credit myself with 32.

38 - Can't believe I missed LaFell, Amendola, and Woodhead. Was too busy trying to remember Brandon Tate's name. Outside of those guys, Brady and Crumpler, I can barely remember the other 10 I missed.

I see what you did there.

edit: I should I have gone with, "There is a Mulligan on this test."

I got 36.  And here I was thinking I was somebody worth knowing.

Burned . . . Blacklisted
I got 28, but actually 30, since it
crashed on me the first time and I couldn't remember who I had already remembered.

The higher-TD guy I forgot? He's on trial for multiple murders.

Whoops.

40/54  Missed Fauria, Lloyd, Wiggins, Aiken, and a few other obscure ones like Ward, and Cleeland.

Fun piece of trivia from this: Terry Glenn had exactly 1 TD pass from Brady.
That was the overtime win against San Diego and Flutie, the first game that the revealed the true awesomeness of Tom Brady.  Glenn was huge in that game, but gone/useless/indisposed the rest of the year.

In your defense, I think a lot of people have forgotten that Amendola exists.

That was fun, thanks for posting. The swiss cheese of my brain has some interesting strong and weak points when it comes to recall...

Lloyd was my biggest miss. Thought I had a couple forgotten ones in PK Sam and JJ Stokes but neither caught a TD. Can't believe I missed Patrick Pass - his lone TD was the December 2001 game vs. Miami - last regular season game / playoff clincher at Foxboro IIRC

Missed Tim Wright and Amendola.  What the hell.

By the way, anyone who got Cam Cleeland, Andre Davis and Tom Ashworth, I tip my cap to you.

Here
I got 41, biggest miss was Tim Wright, biggest get was Marc Edwards. I was about 20 seconds from forgetting Aaron Hernandez, that piece of shit. I also wasted about 2 minutes remembering Jabbar Gaffney's name.

Actually I remembered Dedric Ward. I believe that was in the first half of that Colts goal-line stand game. Terry Glenn was another I remembered at the last moment. The one game he came back before Belichick banned him.

I got Davis because it's one of the standbys you type into every sports Sporcle quiz with names (Jones, Smith, Johnson, Davis, Evans, Allen)

I forgot about Fauria.  His first year with the Pats he had 27 receptions, 7 of which went for TDs.  Not a bad yield there.

Thought I would ace this--32/54, boy do I suck. There's even some folks on that list I *still* can't remember. Cam Cleeland? Andre' Davis?

35 was my score, plus another one for the Hooman who's name I couldn't spell (still can't).  My biggest misses were Daniel Graham (I was kicking myself looking at that blank spot for the longest time) and Fauria.  I remembered Kyle Brady and Mike Vrabel and Woodhead; I should have remembered Heath Evans and Patrick Pass.  I never would have got Cleeland or Ashworth or Donald Hayes, even if I cheated.  Benefited by typing in OchoCinco's last name and getting 3 hits, one of which, Charles Johnson, I never would have gotten otherwise.
