How do I cancel my subscription?

I'd also like to know, but in a different sense: my CC expired last month, & would need to renew with a different card number.
I would also love an answer to this for card updating purposes. Have asked before but haven't heard anything.
I was last charged in early January for $49. Probably need to update the card info soon.
It's not as simple as the screenshot above: Here's mine that says I have no subscriptions (even though besides being charged, it also says I'm a member in my profile).

My account also looks like Batman's. It says Silver is available to purchase but it has already been paid for. My latest payment for $19 just went through on my card a few days ago. I would like my account to reflect that I have paid and that I am a Silver supporter.

Did anyone find anything out? I have the same version of the "Account Upgrades" page as "Batman Likes The Sox."
Stayed in a few of those in my day. At my last company we had an internal-only use program and I made a remark "it's got more bugs in it than a section 8 motel out on route 1"....

I’ll take a look into this this week. I know you can cancel via Stripe and pretty sure you can do via the board somehow.

Did this Q ever get answered? I would also like to change my credit card #. My profile page looks the same as those posted upthread -- it says I can "upgrade" to silver even though I'm already paid up as silver.
No idea man, it’ll probably expire and you can resub after that. This is as basic of software as there is. I think the new version has some new sub options.
I am having the exact same issue as the poster above, even though I have already canceled my subscription. My profile does not show any active subscriptions, so I'm unsure why I am still getting charged. I've also sent a message through the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, but figured I should log in and post here, just to be sure somebody sees it.
Please stop charging my credit card as I no longer use this website.

I'm in the odd situation where I appear to be paying for both the Silver and Gold memberships, despite having the same "account upgrades" view as Batman above.
I actually do NOT want to cancel my Gold subscription, but also paying for the Silver on top of it seems off. Assistance would be appreciated.

Most of the issues come from the PayPal side. We aren’t left with many options and have mostly converted all new subs to Stripe / CC. The best thing to do for PayPal is to contest the charge which at that point we can issue a refund.
Absolute worst case scenario if you do want to resub we can just blank out your account.
Sue - I don’t see a record based on your attached email address but again…PayPal. If you can get the charge I can correlate it on this end.

Did this ever get resolved? I'd like to upgrade from silver to gold member, but it says I'm not even a silver member even though I get charged $19 a year on an old credit card, so I don't want to pay twice...
I wouldn't. Appreciate the thought and intention to help, but the subscription system isn't necessarily one that is good at all. If you have $10 burning a hole in your pocket then donating it to the Jimmy Fund would be the best option 
OK, well let me know if you change my mind. I cause enough drain on SOSH servers (especially with so many posts in members-only forums) that I want to make sure I'm paying my own way.
