Quick, someone send him the link to the Jazz forum where they were all calling him a little bitch after the reports came out.Watch him go back to Utah to save face now.

The story was written earlier, the tweet saying "Finally, fireworks - #Celtics get their man in Gordon Hayward" was put up 5 minutes after Blakely tweeted about speaking with Hayward's agent. Take it for what it's worth.Blakely typed that story up 5 minutes after he spoke to the agent who said no decision has been made?
~98% of NBA free agents make a decision without turning it into a telenovela, foo on this guy.No word at all from official Celtics or Jazz channels.
Meanwhile, this source says it's been a tough decision...

Gordon Hayward has changed his mind four times in the past four days, per @tribjazz.
Thanks for leaving out Reggie Lewis.Len Bias day
Tim Duncan lottery day
KD day
Gordon Hayward day
The basketball universe really has to mess with us to counterbalance 17 titles.
Well this would answer my question. I hope that that's all there isSean Devaney wondering if the issue is trying to work out a sign/trade or some other ancillary move to deal with the cap issue.

I was referring specifically to days where we briefly thought we were about to add a game changing superstar. Thanks for leaving out Reggie Lewis.
ExcellentChris Haynes now reporting that I am not drinking myself into a coma today trying to follow this.
Wrong again, Chris!
Beautiful. My sources indicate a similar plan for myself today, but still trying to think it over with family and friends before coming into a final decision vis a vis a drunken stupor.Chris Haynes now reporting that I am not drinking myself into a coma today trying to follow this.

I know. Just giving you a hard time.I was referring specifically to days where we briefly thought we were about to add a game changing superstar.
Probably shouldn't flatter Gordo by including him with the other three...
Tend to agree.I hate to say this but logic dictates that if it really is this hard of a choice, he should stick with his present place of employment. I would never leave a job unless I was totally convinced my new place of employment was much better for me. The grass is not always greener.
Color me worried that Hayward will lock in on this way of thinking and stay.
Hope I am wrong.
This is where I'm at..Go back to Utah...see if I care..Okay, fuck all this. Stay in Utah.
Yeah...Hayward is great but he's not LeBron. Get it over with so we can get on with our holidays and the teams can get on with their offseasons.Okay, fuck all this. Stay in Utah.
That's probably right. I liked him taking the night to think and get some distance from the Jazz pitch. But the longer it goes...I hate to say this but logic dictates that if it really is this hard of a choice, he should stick with his present place of employment. Since the actual signing doesn't happen until later on, I don't think this is it.Sean Devaney wondering if the issue is trying to work out a sign/trade or some other ancillary move to deal with the cap issue.
I need some Dramamine for the motion sickness I'm getting from reading everyone's tweets.Who ordered all of the extra drama?
Nope. I refuse to do this again tomorrow. Forward is not worth this stress."Agent saying it may take another day" according to NBA TV announcers
I'm still lost on why the possible leak would change his actual decision."Agent saying it may take another day" according to NBA TV announcers
Can he play third base? J/KI'd rather Jason Heyward at this point.
Isn't he a guard?Nope. I refuse to do this again tomorrow. Forward is not worth this stress.
Though if the leak was bullshit and he hadn't made a decision yet maybe he wants to take more time because now he's pissed off about it and doesn't want it to effect his final decision.I'm still lost on why the possible leak would change his actual decision.
If this is the "biggest decision of his life" why would a league source leaking it change where you want to spend your professional future?
I get being pissed at the leaker, but it shouldn't change the calculus. Because if it does, then the 3 day tour with Miami, Boston, and Utah was for nothing anyway.
I want the guy, but sack the fuck up dude. Take control.
Danny's trying to extract a protected second round pick to come over with Hayward.Sean Devaney wondering if the issue is trying to work out a sign/trade or some other ancillary move to deal with the cap issue.
Best take I saw is that he has decided, but because he hadn't called Utah before the leak, he's slow playing it to save face with Utah. This is dumb if it goes another day. It clearly seems they were setting up an announcement on Facebook and the agent all but confirmed it. So because they got scooped they're gonna extend it out? Just say it.
Maybe he's trying to pry PG from OKC.Danny's trying to extract a protected second round pick to come over with Hayward.
But seriously, this makes the most sense.
If Rubio deletes the sad face I'm fucking out.IT's wife deleted the dancing video. Ominous sign?
It doesn't make much sense to me. The signing can't be done until the 6th anyway, and the Celtics have no guarantee deadlines before then to worry about now that Zeller is cut, so no reason not to announce where he's signing. For comparison look at Millsap, announced signing, now might get rolled into a sign and trade, since nothing is binding until 6th, no reason to worry.Danny's trying to extract a protected second round pick to come over with Hayward.
But seriously, this makes the most sense.
Or he needs to not have people in his inner circle looking to curry favor by leaking. And again you assume that heThis is so poorly organized.
You make the calls in the proper order and when you hang up on the final call you announce knowing you only have minutes to own your moment.
It's not supposed to be this difficult. He may need a more competent agent.
They're having technical issues with the website."Agent saying it may take another day" according to NBA TV announcers
