Just remarkable after what was a painful 94 minutes.

I wonder how they'll line up against Burnley...but even if they win that I have zero confidence vs Palace. They'll need three to win that game IMHO

Hopefully the fans storm the gates and demand to be seated

There will be fans for the last 2 games (home fans only, up to 10,000).

I was sitting at my daughter's soccer game this afternoon, following WBA-LIV on my phone. I checked right at 90 minutes and thought it was over. I closed the app. Then my phone buzzed and I could not believe what I was reading. Incredible! We see another day.

Holy shit, Barca up 4-0 at the half on Chelsea in the UCL final. Unbelievable line.

Yeah, Chelsea gave up an own goal 30 secinds into the match, and it just got worse from there. It was 3-0 20 minutes in.
Its an unfortunate ending for a team that as really fun. They overcame Wolfsburg after 3 consecutive years of getting bounced by them. They overcame a first leg deficit to take out Bayern.

Theres always next season...

Now the Red Stars bagged an own goal and then allowed 2 others in short order to go down 3-0 in 15 minutes. Not the Chelsea performance you want to emulate.

Ertz had to leave the match with a leg injury and the Thorns banged in a 4th. Utter nightmare start to the season.

@Tuff Ghost - what did today’s barnburner with Newcastle do to your great Man City charts?
Ha, yeah, they almost forced me to change the Y-axis minimum-value on the top-3 goal scorer chart after that one. Ferran Torres jumped De Brunye and is now tied with Foden for the 5th most Premier League goals on City (7), so with a couple more big games and he could catch Mahrez (9) or Sterling (10).

Now I am also kind of hoping they can score 9 and concede 4 in the last 2 matches, to end up with 85 goals and 33 goals allowed. That would make them the third title-winner to end on those exact numbers in the past few years (Liverpool 19-20, Chelsea 16-17).
