What's the consensus about McAvoy?

I know very little about hockey, but repeatedly in this last period I've said "that looks like a fuck up" - and it was McAvoy almost every time. But again, I don't know hockey.

I really thought they would come out strong Tonite. Fuck fuck fuck
They did. Totally dominated the first period. St. Louis had 4 shots and only 2 scoring chances. And scored twice. So far this game is like getting 13 hits and 6 walks and never being able to score...meanwhile your starter is throwing a no-hitter through 8, only to have the other team score on a walk, passed ball, groundout, and sac fly and you lose 1-0.

Alright. I’m switching to play by play summary in the app. TV is off. I’ve done this in the past, and it’s worked. The game is being recorded so I can go back and watch their victory in full detail. See you guys after they win in OT.

Blues have 10 shots on Goal in 2 periods? Is that a record low. When the Patriots were down 28-3, and the Red Sox were down 3 games to zip against the fucking yankees, I accepted the loss, but thought, just play well the rest of the game. Relax, and just play your added of for respect and pride. And, well, we all know what happened. I see the Blues getting another Delay Of Game Penalty puck in the stands, and the Bruins going on the Power Play. IF the Bruins get ONE goal, they are going to get FOUR. Thats my 2 cents.

He’s been their best defenseman the entire season and throughout the playoffs.

If this score remains and the Blues Ian this game, it’s not a good look for the NHL that all you need is a couple of lucky bounces and then sit on the puck and you are world champions

Kuhlman's been one of the few bright spots getting the puck into the offensive zone with some speed. The Bs need a lot more of that.

the dumbest shift change in the history of shift changes completely changed this game. B's need to start taking chances and someone has to put the puck in the f'ing net. And that someone is Charlie Coyle. I like him to start the comeback.
Going to be a hell of a story.

Or you have two pretty evenly matched teams taking it all the way to game 7, and what separates them is a little luck. That’s sports man...

Just need a break to go our way then I think the damn can open. But right now they just seem defeated. They don't look like the same team that was outskating the Blues in Game 6. Getting to every loose puck. Creating open ice in neutral zone. They need to find another gear.

I think the dirty play is the problem.. the defensive tactics have been popular in any number of pro sports... Eventually it gets figured out. The other problem is not having refs willing to call interference, holding the stick, cross checking, elbows, trips etc etc. That's what needs to change if you want the better team to win.
