Need something, anything, to finally bust this open. Maybe Chara can put someone thru the glass.
this period has been very poor. no sustained offense. they can flip it in a millisecond but they are on life support right now.
Isn’t this how it works? Do nothing for most of the period while the other team gets great chances and then score two goals?
Seems they are pressing badly.

Beginning of this game was like watching the Viper fuck around with the Mountain.

The Blues aren’t even attempting anything resembling offensive hockey and are dominating offensively compared to the Bs
So frustrating. Dominating play and down two. Can’t get anything past Bennington. Can’t win if you don’t score.

This year wouldn't be an exception, but no team has ever won the Cup and lost 3 at home in the Final. Only 8 teams have 2 such losses at home, most recently the 2000-01 Avs. Hockey-Reference notably lists this year's Blues. Motivation? Fuck yea. And I'm apoplectic. Sigh.
