I think he targeted Anderson from the blindside. That he made head contact, minimal or otherwise, is separate from his intent. He saw him engaged w Chara and wanted to hit the shit out of him.

If he did it shoulder to shoulder, great - but he didn’t IMO and it’s dumb regardless w 20 seconds left to go in the period and nothing going for CBJ momentum-wise

Engaged with Chara is a stretch as he was just really stick fighting with him. It was just so bang-bang I really don’t believe it is suspendable due to him going chest, shoulder, head. If he wanted to hurt him he could have.

I know it hasn't clicked yet, but I love Columbus' powerplay. Get the puck to the guy on the half wall, and let him skate to the center of the ice for a high danger area shot. It's working every time, they just haven't buried one. Terrifying though.
