See what all your wedding talk caused?? I tried to warn you. I think you all need to get divorced to appease the hockey gods.

Holy hell was Bartkowski bad.
Marchand's best play was for the Canadiens.
I still can't beleive Lucic wiffed on that wide open net.
Krug moving the puck up the ice is fun to watch. Krug in his own end is much less fun to watch.
Tuukka wasn't awful by any means but he has to be better than 4 allowed on 33 shots.

Also, I might be the only one, but I thought Krug was south of mediocre last night. His goal was, IMO, eclipsed by his blown golden opportunity in the first, and his defensive blunder that led to Montreal's second goal.
He was second-worst on the team in CF% on-ice (to Miller, who is usually poor, but that's not what he's out there for necessarily). Third on the team in TOI overall, too. He was also out there for the 3rd MTL goal and while it was a team breakdown he was pretty useless on it (including getting knocked down by Borque).

Oddly, I expected his playing time to drop after the turnover led to the second goal as Julien seems to do but he only played more after that.

right here
Yeah, they lost. And it sucked that it was in double OT on a PP that was a penalty that hadn't been a penalty. Meh. But they keep playing like that and they're going to be fine. I had a bad feeling when the game thread was posted on Wed and not day of game like all the Wings games. Jerk.
Also, My God does this team miss a lot of open-ish nets and seems to be having a bad run of puck luck. I'm pretty sure one of the pucks was going in, hit the ice, and made a left turn to go wide at one point.
I'm farking tired.
