Two days in a row that the race director has made questionable decisions that hurt Max.Rain creating havoc in qualifying. Both Red Bulls out in Q2.
Agreed. If the race is stopped then all race activity should stop. That's the rule in NASCAR.I hate the red flag rules. You shouldn’t be able to touch the car during a red flag stoppage.
Also ruined Monaco, hopefully a change they make.Agreed. If the race is stopped then all race activity should stop. That's the rule in NASCAR.
Hey, congrats to your guy. Verstappen was ruthless. Also ruined Monaco, hopefully a change they make.
Also, how many millions of dollars has Mercedes spent, to suddenly have the best car and as Russel put it after FP1.“Yeah I did my job. But being nice f**ks me all the fucking time. All the f**king time.
“It’s not even being nice, it’s just being respectful, I know I need to shut up but at one point is always the same so…
Yeah, incredible day. I'd love to tell you why, to be honest, we are scratching our heads a little bit, why it was so, so positive
It was a fair penalty.Lol, FIA give a penalty they probably would have paid Max to cause if they could have.
I'm not complaining at the 10-second penalty, just that Max single-handedly improved ratings by a few million viewers at turn 1. Norris, Piastri 1-2 would have made for a very boring race.It was a fair penalty.
Max is/was unnecessarily aggressive. This race doesn't matter to him, but it will hurt his final position.
He's the Dale Earnhardt, Sr of F1. Sometimes his aggressiveness bites him in the butt; sometimes it means he wins the race.
Edit: I say that as a fan of both drivers.
Also, oh, Perez. How you dropped off a cliff.
I'm slowly losing interest in F1 not even fully sure why. It was a good constructors battle this year and I still wasn't using it as appointment television. Maybe this is part of it.No F1 race at Spa in 2028 or 2030, Grans Prix to replace it those years TBD.
I know the track is dangerous, but I hate to lose the classic courses. Maybe, Germany or France can come back on the schedule.
Belgian GP becomes F1’s first rotational race, won’t be held in 2028 or 2030 | Top Gear
Edit: fixed typo.
Yeah, they lost me this year. Max’s initial dominance made me get into other things, and by the time it threatened to get competitive I felt too far removed.
The Horner drama, head scratching penalty inconsistency, and decline of Danny’s driving and personality just made it unfun for me. I genuinely don’t know if I’m in next year.
Yeah seeing them hold onto checo and dumping Danny Ric unceremoniously was awful.Yeah, they lost me this year. Max’s initial dominance made me get into other things, and by the time it threatened to get competitive I felt too far removed.

https://defector.com/who-benefits-from-formula-1s-new-rulesThe new International Sporting Code recommends specific punishments for misconduct, defined as language or actions that reasonably be construed as either "offensive, insulting, coarse, rude, or abrasive," or threatening. Within any two-year period, a first offense would incur a €40,000 fine (around $41,000), a second offense would incur a €80,000 fine and a suspended one-month ban, and a third offense would incur a €120,000 fine, a one-month ban and deduction of championship points. It remains unclear what a fourth offense would entail.
