The Boston Globe's Alex Speier first reported the pending deal, which is expected to be worth slightly less than $150 million and is likely to include deferred money, a source told MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.

I like that they are getting creative to help out the cap implications, if true. Might mean that they are trying to find a way to keep more of the core together at once, even with what they have already devoted to Price/Eovaldi/ now Sale.
