Pleasantley surprised to turn on Fifa this morning and find World Cup'14 downloaded and waiting.

I Gamefly'd World Cup and am getting fucking annoyed about the shitty rosters. I'm sure they'll do an update soon (they'd better) but the game's been out for long enough that it should be better. Julian Green isn't in the game at all.

And no, the FIFA 14 World Cup isn't the same thing. That's Ultimate Team, some online stuff, and some challenges that start when the World Cup starts. The World Cup game has more online modes and World Cup campaigns, with and without full qualifying.
Does anyone have the World Cup game? There are some absolutely hideous bugs when trying to selected your squad before the World Cup finals begins. No matter what I do I can not get Max Kruse off my team. Sometimes after selecting the squad in the "Select Final 23" menu roster selections revert and have a random player.
The WC game is a massive waste of $60.
Regardless of all the bugs and slight (negative) tweaks in overall gameplay, EA decided to switch the color coding of each position in the game - i.e. goalkeepers are no longer orange, defenders no longer yellow, midfielders aren't green, and forwards aren't blue. WTF for, I have no idea.

WHOA that will haunt my dreams. I Gamefly'd World Cup and while I enjoyed getting my fix, the game is a total mess. I would've been very pissed if I'd bought it (which I did four years ago when it was reasonably priced). There is one great thing about it: it made me LOVE FIFA 14 when I came back to it. Obviously PS4 helps with that but still.
