Yesterday was the deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft.  So, yes he's coming back.

Well don't I feel dumb.
The timeline must have been more compressed than I remember because he said after the bowl game that he was coming back and it seemed like it was a good month or 2 later that he came out. Huh.

It used to be a much later deadline for underclassmen to declare, but they have since moved it up.
