Tell me this is some nuanced FA CUP thing, and ManU isn't playing as bad as they look.

UNITED!  (No, not the Manchester one)

I am going to assume I am one of the few people on SoSH who has actually attended a Cambridge United game, since I lived their briefly in my childhood.  I think they were fourth Division back then, and my mum was less than impressed with the "behavior" of the fans (drunken behavior that is), but I loved it and was glad she took us to a couple games.... may have to try and dig out the old Cambridge United scarf out of the attic this weekend.

Bradford City takes the lead on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The criticisms of Kompany's recent form are all coming through today. A step slow, questionable decision making and positioning - he's had to cover for Boyata's lapses but has looked pretty poor regardless.

Are Chelsea really losin or did espnfc jump the gun?

BBC site has them down, with goal in 82nd minute: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/30860394

Goal!Goal! Chelsea 2, Bradford City 3. Andy Halliday (Bradford City) right footed shot from outside the box to the top left corner. Assisted by Jon Stead.

Chelsea was up 2-0 and has given up 3 straight goals.

That was awesome.

What a weekend so far:
  • Chelsea lost to a League 1 (3rd tier) side at home
  • City lost to a championship side at home
  • Tottenham lost at home to the worst team in the EPL
  • United drew away to a League 2 (4th tier) side
  • Southampton lost at home to a mid-table EPL side
This is setting up extremely well for one of Liverpool or Arsenal

EDIT: Or United, assuming they beat Cambridge United in the replay

Looks like

--------------------- Mignolet ----------------------
---------- Johnson --- Can --- Sakho ---------
Manquillo -- Henderson -- Allen -- Enrique
------------ Coutinho -------- Lallana ------------
---------------------- Sterling ----------------------

Up against a lineup including Emile Heskey and Eidur Gudjohnson

Bolton has the cheapest-looking sponsors logo I've seen in a while. They appear to have slapped bumper stickers to their chests in the tunnel.
It's not their usual sponsor. They have a special sponsor just for this game so I assume it's just a patch stuck over the regular sponsor's logo.

California. Duh.
Well, a replay is better than being out, and at least our 0-0 wasn't against the lowest ranked team left in the competition.

Was kinda hoping you were coming in with another prediction about United ;)
Lol...I deserve that.

Honestly though, I love the FA cup, and United leading the 'big club' charge to place secondary value on the competition always bothered me. It's great to see interest from fans at all levels.

I don't quite get this. Of course I'm jealous your team is still alive in the FA Cup, but that has nothing to do with the fact that ManU led the movement to devalue the FA Cup at the expense of European competitions and that sucks.
