F$%^ You, Time Warner Cable

Just got a letter from the wonderful folks over at TWC informing me of the new 2016 prices for their internet service and whaddaya know they went up!

I was expecting a $10 dollar increase to my Extreme Internet plan after the initial 12 months were up but I was not expecting it to be $20. How can do they continue to do this? It's not like I'm seeing anything for that extra cash. Fucking hell.

It was a level3 fiber cut that had nothing to do with TWC. Impacted Comcast and Cox too. Not much that can be done about fiber cuts.

Charter will buy TWC. Hoping this is an upgrade.
