He needs help. I don’t say that flippantly. He really needs to get help. He might be out of the league in a year the way he’s going.

I think he's already out of the league unless he gets help.

This is pure speculation, but I think I've seen this before. He's stuck in the "Shut the fuck up, nothing's wrong, I've got this" phase of hitting rock bottom, but has so many enablers that he's stayed there long enough to believe it.
