I'm obviously bias, like most are when it comes to United, but I still believe you can argue for a PK there.
The ball hits the defenders chest first and bounces onto his arms. The fact that he nearly caught the ball and used his arms to control possession is my biggest complaint.

Manchester United could be denied two clear penalties every game for the next three years and the all-time ledger would still be in their favor.
I listened to most of the game on the radio, was Burnley hitting the bar the best chance of the game? Other than di Maria it didn't sound like anybody from United left the game with credit.

City looks complacent and uninterested. Of course, they could turn it on at any time but this has been a shit performance thus far. Sagna has done nothing (noticeable that Zabaleta's not on the field), Yaya looks like he needs a rousing chorus of Happy Birthday and no one else has had the space or time to do anything.
Credit, I suppose, goes to the huge (literally, huge) defense of Stoke, who are using Shawcross, Huth and N'Zonzi to clog the middle and keep the smaller Man City from doing anything on crosses.
Victor Moses remains a ballhog, Peter Crouch remains funny to watch at all times.
Please, Manuel...do something to liven this shit up in the second half, OK?

City's malaise and complacency is astonishing, especially after the way they professionally took care of business in the first two weeks. Lots of fatigued, uninspired efforts.
