The rough that led to the goal wasn't a penalty in the first period of a November game let alone a playoff game. I didn't see the 4th
Given the circumstances (including a ref linesman literally standing over the play), that's a solid nominee for the dumb penalty HOF.

To be fair to Downie (I have no reason to be charitable to such a POS) that was a linesman, but point taken - I like a little more leeway in the playoffs but regardless, Downie is a moron
Minor rule change I'd like to see...if you ice the puck with your goalie pulled, like the Penguins just did, you aren't allowed to put the goalie back in.

Isles up 2 against the backup goalie and can't close it out so instead of a commanding 2-0 lead coming home it's 1-1 and the caps have the mo.
