Duke has a cakewalk to the FF
LOL okay a Big10 reg & tourney champ MSU, a #4 VaTech who BEAT DUKE ALREADY this year and gets their best player back.

And not that it matters but VCU and LSU have beat Duke in the tourney recently.

Yale’s the live dog in this bracket. If LSU is expecting a slow and cerebral Ivy League team they will be sadly mistaken. Yale is an up-tempo, athletic, high scoring team with at least one (and maybe two) NBA prospects who will have two 40%+ three-point shooters on the floor at all times.

In all of these regions, I'm having a hard time going anywhere but chalk (1s and 2s) after the a few first round upsets. I mean, I get that's generally safe, but I'm struggling to find a anywhere else to go.

1st tier dogs - Yale, Cal-Irvine, Northeastern
2nd tier - NMex St, St Mary’s
3rd tier - Iowa, Georgia St, Liberty, Murray St

I already played the 3 in my first tier, awaiting 1st half and money lines to come out hoping these sides don’t get hammered too much so I can retain some value. Every play in each tier is either chasing the live dog or fading the flawed favorite.....in the case of Yale, UCI, and NE it is both to create a perfect storm.

thanks. Marquette has looked shaky recently, so I really like Murray State

Racers have the best player on the floor who will have ball in his hands of an uptempo game. The pace should play right into his hands. The back and forth with Howard could be epic but I’ll take my chances plus 4.5

Let’s see if Va tech can keep chalk going in the east. The other three teams had no doubter wins that looked super dominant

I think MSU takes Duke on Sunday, especially if Reddish is out again. That’s a big defensive loss.

If Duke does go on to win it all the final four and title games will both likely be rematches. Texas Tech or Gonzaga in the final four, likely UVA or Kentucky (or Auburn) in the title game.

Edit when you add in VA Tech that makes half of their tourney games

Shows you what a good schedule they played this year.

Edit 2: 13 games so far against the kenpom top 14 teams. MSU will make the 14th game. Duke is 9-4 to this point. If they win it all they’ll have played 16 games against top 14 teams with a 12-4 record.

Teams left in tournament:
Texas Tech - Duke beat by 10 in NYC
UVA - Duke beat 2x
Auburn - Duke beat by 6 in Hawaii
Kentucky - Duke destroyed early in season by 30
MSU - have not played yet

But Duke plays an easy OOC schedule every year!
