True, guess he was hoping for a called ball.He might foul it off and get another chance
Right back on the horse, they'd say?I looked up to see Robles. Please, no. I will have to turn off the tv.
Even after he's fallen off the horse six times in a row? (LOL)Right back on the horse, they'd say?
A lot of low strikes today, so that may not have been the best plan.True, guess he was hoping for a called ball.
I'll take the over on the first two and the under on the third.over/unders if Robles pitches
Number of baserunners Robles allows 1.5
Number of runs Robles allows 0.5
Number of outs Robles gets 2.5
Over, over, under...but he has a short leash and we hold on.over/unders if Robles pitches

It's too early for fireworks. This game is not Robles proof yet
Well, as long as they buy between now and the start of the game tomorrowBuyers!!
(too soon?)
Houck, Whitlock, Schreiber,Taylor, Strahm, and Davis rounded out (once the rotation shakes out) by any two of Crawford, Seabold, Hill, Winckowski looks pretty good and I think that's why Bloom's held off on making any deals. With Houck as closer, Whitlock as relief ace, Schreiber as backup high-lev guy, you have the makings of a decent enough pen if some of these starter arms can be effective multi-inning guys. With upside for more if, for example, Crawford and Seabold really pop in relief. The starting prospect-turned-reliever pipeline is what we’ve been missing in recent years because we’ve had no prospects.
I think if you gave Bloom truth serum he would admit to being intrigued—if not happy—at the opportunity to get extended looks at the young guys that would not have happened with full health.Houck, Whitlock, Schreiber,Taylor, Strahm, and Davis rounded out (once the rotation shakes out) by any two of Crawford, Seabold, Hill, Winckowski looks pretty good and I think that's why Bloom's held off on making any deals.
As good as he's been, I think they would prefer to see Bello a little later in the season. However, the current state of the pitching staff will probably necessitate him being with the Sox sooner.I think if you gave Bloom truth serum he would admit to being intrigued—if not happy—at the opportunity to get extended looks at the young guys.
And there’s a chance Bello is next, though he is on a starter-only track for as long as he proves capable.
