If Manning had slid like that, a roughness flag would have been thrown on jammer

This is a pitiful offensive game by SD. They were #1 in time of possession, 5th in total offense, and 12th in scoring offense and they are making this Denver defense look like the 85 Bears.

It will be 55 degrees and light winmd next Sunday in Denver.

Thank you to the dipshit officials in the Carolina and 2nd Jets games against the Patriots to assure this game would be in Denver.

Don't forget to thanks the refs in the Browns game. :)

Fear not, the weather really does make a huge difference in quality of life. Still a very happy Chargers crowd here.

Is it unrealistic for the NFL to make a rule where head coaches can't be hired/interviewed until after the Superbowl?

The difference is there were still 45 seconds left in that game, and the Pats only had to go 35 yards.

Score 7.

Pick off Manning and score another 7.

Cancelled out by the refs in the second Dolphins game allowing Wheeler to mug Hooman at the goal line.

Cold weather would be nice, but just go beat them.
Yep. And it could be 50 in Fox next Sunday too. And the ravens beat our asses in two playoff home games.

Eh?

It's 17-0, the Colts haven't done shit and the Broncos are just barely taking advantage.

I agree, the Colts have literally done nothing on the field today.

How is it possible to be down the entire game and still only have 12 pass attempts thru 3 quarters?  When you add in the sacks, it would technically be 15.  I realize that the game plan to beat Denver was for San Diego to control the ball, and keep the Denver offense off the field, but at some point, you kind of need to realize you can't run the ball and change things up, right?  RIGHT?

17 points through 3 quarters is so good against this team that I'd take it in a heartbeat next week, right now.

It isn't "so good," it's pretty average.  Denver has only had 6 drives today, so 17 points in 6 drives is 2.83 points per possession.  That is slightly better than Denver's average (2.98 this year), but 2.83 is still better than any other offense in the league did.  The real reason Denver's point total is relatively low is because they spent most of their time running the ball, draining the clock faster than they normally do.  San Diego's defense hasn't been great, but it's not the problem today.

The problem is the Chargers offense, which is the SECOND highest scoring offense in the league, going by points per possession (2.46).
