Deadspin has been crushing Rovell for awhile now (YMMV). But even if we play in Rovell's sandbox.....as far as I can tell, he's allowed to date. (I know, I've seen the picture. Just using Rovell's words here.)

Dale DeBone used to work for me prior to entering the "entertainment industry" in Greensboro, NC back in 1998. He sucked at his job even when he was Dale Rutter and was terminated.

How could this possibly be news to anyone? 
 
Any I'm not picking on Notre Dame.  They're just the most prominent hypocrites.  But the reality is that the next time I see a major university hold their athletes accountable for anything without outside pressure being applied will be the first time.

My understanding is that the punishment for getting caught hooking up on campus at Notre Dame is to be kicked out of the dorms.

There are private luxury apartments marketed to students across the street from campus over by the practice field.
