Miami RP Nick Anderson and SP Trevor Richards to Tampa for RP Ryne Stanek and top OF prospect Jesus Sanchez. Good cash in for the Marlins.

Meanwhile, Cashman acquires a high-A starter from Colorado.
I think more clearing 40 man space and maybe getting international cap money (this part has not been reported if true, just guessing).

In the deal for Shane Greene, Detroit picks up LHP Joey Wentz. Pretty solid pickup for a rental, top 10 prospect in the Braves system.

"Your 2019 leaders in WHIP:

1-Justin Verlander 0.81
2-Zack Greinke 0.94
5-Gerrit Cole 1.00

That's your Game 1-2-3 starters in Houston. Scary."

Astros trade some cognac, ouzo, beer, and red wine now, so they can be drinking champagne in 3 months.

Fangraphs has them as #3, #4, #11, and unlisted
MLB.com has them as #5, #4, #3, and #22

That's a lot of talent.

The Diamondbacks are really setting themselves up nicely for the future this past few months.

So what the fudge do we do with Clint Frazier? I don't get it. Kid would have been starting all year anywhere else.
Assuming Encarnacion is gone after the year, one of Clint and Andujar should be the DH next year and the other should be moved.

The Fangraphs guy who predicted Mike Tauchman blowing up (Alex Chamberlain) loves Josh Rojas, the fourth prospect in the Greinke deal. Quite a haul for ARI...

Seth Beer is a really interesting prospect who simply mashes but has no place on an NL team as a DH through and through. It's kinda sad to see him go to an NL team because it's likely going to impede his chances to get to the majors and play regularly. Kinda like what Vogelbach went through in Chicago with the Cubs.

Houston, Cleveland and TB all got significantly better.

NY not making a move seems criminal. I'm fine with Boston doing nothing, I don't see them really making a WC game anyway.
