Due to aging eyesight and the positions of monitors on my desk, I increased the size of the Display (Windows 7) in the setting from 100% to 125%. I use a main excel sheet that I print PDF's from for work files frequently. When I went to use one and print to PDF, the printed page extended into a second page. Is there an easy way to rectify this? I need it to print to one page like before under the 100% sizing. I can adjust row height to make it work, but I have 5-6 versions of the same excel template and it would be an afternoon of adjustments. I'm thinking there must be something easier I'm not aware of.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The magnification of the view shouldn't matter, this is an issue with your print area and width/height page layout.
Go to the page layout page and set your width and height to 1 page and select the cells you're trying to print and hit "Print Area" - "Set Print Area"
Should be good to go.

Got it, I never had the master set up correctly. Both of those fixes work, but the Print Area fix will go on the master and everything should flow correctly. Thanks
