Please let it be so.Would McD be next?
It is. They went from Rivers to Wentz to Ryan. 3 washed up QB’s in a row.I know he wanted Wentz but I feel that this is more of a Ballard problem.
Hackett should've been fired 4 weeks ago.Least surprising news on the month.
Would McD be next?
They should trade McD to the Colts for a seventh round pick that becomes a sixth if the Colts average 15 points a game for the rest of the year.Least surprising news on the month.
Would McD be next?
Agreed. I expect Ballard's gone after the season. Really don't see what he's done to inspire confidence.I know he wanted Wentz but I feel that this is more of a Ballard problem.
Josh will agree then back outThey should trade McD to the Colts for a seventh round pick that becomes a sixth if the Colts average 15 points a game for the rest of the year.
This is completely inaccurate. It is. They went from Rivers to Wentz to Ryan. 3 washed up QB’s in a row.
None. That's never been the Pats' way.Any chance the Pats hire Reich as OC (but don’t give him the title) and let Patricia focus on the line?
That's from almost a year ago.View: https://twitter.com/AlbertBreer/status/1353140763559915520?s=20&t=1z0gs5Bq9MQ-3SyByqZ9kg
Breer slicing like a hammer, as always.
Reich was always a poor coach. He punted away some ridiculously easy chance in OT in his first year, collapsed last year and they're garbage this year. Ballard stinks too but the coach is always the first to go.
Man that SB52 winning staff has certainly crashed and burned since then.
That's my point: Breer really looked at this team and thought they were going to the SB. Instead they've crashed and burned. Reich was a media darling who stunk. That's from almost a year ago.
Almost 2 years ago but that’s the point of the post I thinkThat's from almost a year ago.
I don’t think so. He’s never worked for the Pats, or with the QB, and you’re gonna throw him in there mid season as the OC/play caller? And why would Reich do it? I think that’s a bad idea, sorry. I can’t even think of precedent for it.Any chance the Pats hire Reich as OC (but don’t give him the title) and let Patricia focus on the line?
Dom Capers maybe? He was the DC in Miami, not a HC, but the Pats brought him on as a "special assistant" for the 2008 season. It did seem weird at the timeI don’t think so. They brought him in because he had been a HC previously and there was a fear in the Pats' organization that Goodell would go full weasel and suspend BB for part or all of the 2008 season.Dom Capers maybe? After Luck left, Reich really hitched his wagon to some QBs that seemed unlikely, even in real time, to be longterm solutions.View: https://twitter.com/AlbertBreer/status/1353140763559915520?s=20&t=1z0gs5Bq9MQ-3SyByqZ9kg

Wentz was by far the worst choice. Reich really thought he could bring back Wentz magic while ignoring that Wentz has never been the same since his initial injury. After Luck left, Reich really hitched his wagon to some QBs that seemed unlikely, even in real time, to be longterm solutions.
Rivers, Wentz, Foles, Ryan, Ehlinger

Breaking: Colts are naming their former six-time Pro-Bowl C and ESPN analyst Jeff Saturday as their interim head coach. Saturday has been a consultant for the team, is in its Ring Of Honor, and also was head coach for the Hebron Christian Academy football team in Dacula, Georgia.

Given they're the ones who instigated Deflategate, couldn't happen to a better team. What a train wreck organization
You have both John Fox and Gus Bradley on staff and go this way? Seems strange.Tom Pelissero
