But I think he’s right. Texas fans have Alabama/Oklahoma/USC level expectations, and there’s no modern evidence that those expectations can be met.
Texas has been shit for 10 years. It should have won the 09 title, and had so many consecutive 10 won seasons plus the 05 title.

He cited Texas’ head coach from 1951. He’s just towing a line.

lol, I’d hardly call Urban Herbie’s idol. He was a Buckeye long before Urban came to town and still remains one.
Oh I know, just kidding. I despite Herbie - that guy picked Texas to make the playoffs this year and now is complaining about too high of expectations? Sure, okay.

Wrong Her to hate.

It's the Man responsible, not Streit.

This has to be the single dumbest coaching decision in the history of sports, right? Like, what in the actual fuck? Did he think he was up 6?

They already had three snaps over the punter's head but it's still insanely dumb. Even if they snap it over the punter's head again, the most likely outcome is...a safety. If they're so afraid of punting, just go for it with two yards to go and even if you miss they still have to score a TD.

Just how bad is Vandy's offense? Arkansas with a backup QB putting up 40 points in first 3 quarters against same Missouri defense that Vandy couldn't even get a FGA against.

Arkansas goes for 2 to take the lead with 40 seconds left.

Mizzou had the conversion intercepted, but bobbled it, and Arkansas WR ran by and picked it out of mid air.

Rice beat #21 Marshall. It was their first win vs a top 25 team since 1997.

Always had a soft spot for the Owls. Valhalla is a special spot. Cool campus, genius students. Fun place.

BYU is a pretty cheap team all year, including some very questionable hits tonight earlier. I think CC just saying “you wanted us to build your resume, we aren’t rolling over for you”
