I know the records are lopsided, but if I were a gambling man, I'd be all over Navy +6.5. Army hasn't played anybody. They lost to Tulane by 26, who Navy beat (although that took a small miracle), and the last time Army played an option team, they barely eked past the Citadel. By ESPN FPI, Army is weaker than any team Navy has lost to this year, and Navy (at 101) is stronger than any team Army has beaten except Georgia Southern (93).

And for has bad as its offense has been, Navy's defense has been pretty outstanding after their COVID break, holding Memphis to 10 and a ranked Tulsa to 19. Definitely like the Under on +/- 38. I think this one comes down to which kicker can make field goals.

Go Navy. Beat Army.

I'm old enough to remember when Army/Navy was the only game played on Army/Navy weekend.
In a normal year Army/Navy is the same weekend it is this year; the conference championships are a week earlier. Usually the only college football competition are the FCS/D2/D3 playoffs.
In 2016 Navy played Temple in the AAC title game, then the next week played Army.

It was just a weak little covid football joke

If you have never been to the Army-Navy game, make it a priority to go as soon as you can. It’s one of the greatest events (sports or non sports) I have ever had the opportunity to witness.

I hate Philly. If they can do games at West Point (or Annapolis) in the future, I'd certainly try and go. Heard really good things about games at West Point, even when not Navy visting.

What’s wrong with you? Philly is a great city.

Not much around the stadium, but a good tailgating spot and much easier to exit than most stadiums.

Now that The Vet is long, long gone (remember the cadets/midshipmen getting injured by the railing breaking, plus the concrete Astroturf), have no problem with Philly.

Arizona had more first downs and only 130 fewer total yards.

They also lost 4 fumbles and threw 3 INTs while not forcing any.
Maybe it was the uniforms, but Arizona was playing several guys that flat out didn't look like D1 college athletes. Too short, too heavy, too slow; you name it.

Yeah I was just saying the same thing to a buddy of mine. ND was just better than them, especially in the second half, but those were two blown chances against teams they're superior to.

I haven’t seen UF’s defense play this bad in 20 years of following them. The secondary is either really poorly coached, filled with really dumb players, or a combination of the two.
