Pretty dirty ankle grab by that OSU guy. More blatant than the normal shenanigans

That one-hand catch over the middle by the TE was incredible. Might be the best catch I’ve seen this season — the one-hander is overrated, but grabbing a one-hander at top speed with a defender partly obstructing your view is something else. More amazing than it looked.

And the throw was perfect

I've seen Mac Jones as a possible Pats draft target. I'm far from a QB expert, but something about the way he throws the ball doesn't seem right to me.

So hard to tell if he is good. He has all the time in the world too
His combine and pro day workouts will be important. I’m not sure he has the baseline athleticism and arm strength to be an elite QB at the next level.

That said, McCarron is a good NFL backup who unfortunately got hurt the one time a starting job fell in his lap (2018 in Buffalo), and Jones is a better prospect than McCarron was, so I think his floor is pretty high. But that’s faint praise if you’re thinking about using a first-round pick on the guy.

Not bad comp. Was trying to think of who he reminds me of. Best I could think of was Isaac Bruce.
Oh that’s a good one, too. Smith’s advanced route running and awareness is what jumps off the screen. He isn’t a Julio or Calvin Johnson type specimen, but he’s a technician for a college receiver.

Broken collarbone?
That is what the sideline reporter indicated. But, and maybe @DaveRoberts'Shoes can chime in, unless there is severe displacement, treatment is a sling. Which I think stadium Xrays could diagnose and if not too bad, put him in sling. So hospital would seem to indicate more severe fracture or something more.

Note - I work on different bones

Yeah, he’s one of my favorite college players in a while. Hope he goes to a team with a good QB. Smith vs. Chase will be an interesting decision.

Also, until the Heisman stuff, I didn't realize Smith was the WR that caught Tua's bomb against UGA in that champ a few years ago, as a freshman
