I like Wichusen (he does Jets games), cannot say I like the color man (is it Orlovsky?).

Play clock was at 0 before they got the snap off on the tying TD. A&M lucked out.
Eh, they never whistle a delay of game immediately upon expiration of the play clock, there is always a half second or so lag because the official confirms the ball hasn’t been snapped after the play clock behind the end zone expires. That play getting off was well within the norm for college or pro ball.

Grimes might be the best player on the field for Carolina and he was supposed to be in high school this year.

Well, a worse outcome would have been the Jimbos scoring with no time left. Maybe get some OT now.

Hope the guys who went on to the NFL get their bucks but sure could have used them out there.

Obligatory - why can't they kick this game off earlier since it is going to run til Midnite EST
Because life is pain.

Watching the NFL game last night, followed by this one tonight is not going to kill me, but it might.

Also, is something wrong with Lee Corso? I am not joking or mocking him, he didn't sound well.

More than the past 15 years? He hasn't sounded very good since his stroke, and now he's old too.

I thought the same thing, he seemed out of sorts.

He's not having a good day and that shouldn't be a surprise given his health history. Tough to watch. This guy is the reason the show is the Saturday morning institution it's turned into . I don't want to see this turn into the sports version of Dick Clark. Having him not seated next to Kirk (not possible in this environment) has been a huge tell this season.

I agree. I love Corso, but I'll confess that I haven't listened to him much the past few years, so I guess I didn't know he was deteriorating. Poor guy, definitely don't want him to end up like Dick Clark.

I just looked it up. Corso is 85. Man, he actually doesn't sound too bad for 85. I would have guessed 65.
His showtime has been cut for his health and age as the show has grown in length. I'd like to have him pop in for a segment in the first 15 minutes of the last hour and then rejoin for picks and headgear. He's a great interview and his enthusiasm for the game is genuine. Love him!
